I paid an assessment fee got assessed and asked to be contacted to use their sliding scale program because i could not afford the fees. No one ever contacted me i had my diversion officer contact them and listened to him ask them to contact me . i still recieved no phone calls or letters or emails. They then discharged me from program without ANY CONTACT what so ever and told my diversion officer they contacted me which was a lie. I have my phone records and have absolutely no incoming calls from them. They took my money and gave me no services.
