The scammer called from a call center, caller ID names shows V204165859000490 and then cuts off as being too long. They seem to be using spoofing too for the call in, it showed the incoming number as 469-646-1057. They seem to have asked for the IT manager about a security certificate. It was rather difficult to understand him and he did not understand me very well either.
