My bank account was charged on September 25th and a confirmation email was sent. After waiting for three weeks, I emailed their support site and they claimed the order was "On schedule". After another couple weeks and no shoes, tried again to contact to ask for a refund and found website unavailable and Facebook page gone. I haven't received any emails from them or the shoes, but they took my money.
