had expired. I told him I didn't own a computer that I used a work computer- he told me to log in and he would show me how to re-new-
when I told him I wasn't comfortable logging in and asked for his name and work id #, he gave me a name then hung up on me-
I called back and asked a new representative what was going on- I told him the last guy hung up on me and I'd like to have
the company location and license number before proceeding- he told me to "go [censored] myself (in very broken English)" and hung up-
I am unsure of the country- the first worker spoke like an African American, the second representative had a Filipino accent
