This company does an excellent job in advertising their products (Incense burners) on Instagram and Facebook. Their products are highly appealing especially during this stressful time with the pandemic. I made the purchase on 08/16/2020 and as of 11/04/2020, I have not received the products. I have had a number of email correspondences with them, and it was nice that they responded quickly, but with the same generic messages of promised dates of delivery that were never fulfilled. They cited COVID-19 as a reason for delay, which was reasonable the first time, but after multiple times and their continual advertisements on social media, it is apparent that this is a scam. Any legitimate business would not provide false promises and would give a refund if they are unable to deliver after multiple complaints. Instead, they cited that refunds could not be made after 30 days. It is sad that the products they feature are for relaxation, and I’m sure people who would like to purchase them, just like myself, have dealt with the stress of the pandemic. Personally, I had to take care of COVID-19 patients. This company is highly unethical and takes advantage of this vulnerable situation. My suggestion is to stop contacting the company for a refund and contact your bank to dispute the transaction. My bank has placed this company on their monitored list, so it would be more well known as more people do the same. My other suggestion is to report those pages on social media, so they could be reviewed. Another suggestion is to have a legal action against them, which requires a group of us to initiate.
