Products advertised on SHOP as a legit business. I placed an order online on 2/23/24 from their website that sells sorority paraphernalia. Two items were purchased (one item for $39.95 Bat sleeves V-neck blouse and the other for $28.95 Black Sequin Shirt). I made payment through Amazon Pay. About Mar 6th, I reach out to inquiry about an update with the order via the email address. I received a response two-three days later stating that my order was sent out and they provided the tracking number. A few days later, I received a package but for ONLY one of the items. The $28.95 Black Sequin Shirt was missing. I sent another email asking about the other item. I received an email stating that the item was shipped and the same tracking # was sent to me for the item that I had already received. I called the tel# on the site and it does not connect to anyone, clicks then immediately disconnects. I reached out via email again to get refunded, but have not received a response back.

Their U.S address shows 1309 Coffeen Ave., #1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. It also shows another address as 24 Nguyen Co Thach, Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi 1000000.
