Ordered Thanksgiving special: buy 3 get 3 fleece leggings plus free fleece socks on November 9, 2024.
Order was not received.
A package on November 25, 2024 was delivered but contents were incorrect and perceived as a previous return item. Wrong sizes, wrong colors, and an opened worn pair.
I contacted the Resplendora company and supplied them with my order number and pictures of the items in that package immediately via confirmation email and Resplendora replied that same day.
Resplendora email requested more pictures and stated in a consecutive email that this would be sent to the proper department for review.
6 emails containing 8 correspondences spanning from November 25, 2024 to December 15, 2024.
Amongst the correspondences, I requested a refund. Reply was that I would receive 50% refund and I must return the package to an address in China. I then requested a free return label and a full refund because I did not receive my order. I also added that this mistake is due to the distributor, therefore I request a full refund and a free return label.
2 emails were sent tout on January 2, 2025 to the distributor listed on PayPal but there was no response.
Communications stopped. I then submitted this to PayPal for a reimbersement and my request was denied automatically because 30 days have passed. I sent copies of all correspondences but realized that it was an automated response.
Purchases should not be this way. Responses are automated. My time and money are lost.
