Blocked my computer was made to think I needed to call Microsoft in order to use my computer . They said they were contracted from Microsoft because Microsoft does t do tech support over the phone .They scammed me into letting them on my computer and wanted me to pay 399.00 which I don't do...When I called Microsoft they explained this was unfortunately a common scam...How sad I work two jobs too feed my two children and someone wants to try to steal my hard earned money and take advantage of people
