Instagram ad for a dog toy that would last longer before a dog destroyed it. Offered a full warranty if dog damaged the toy. Purchased 3 bears (original price $70/each, I paid $28/each), and they are clearly a scam product given the quality. My dog destroyed it in about 6 seconds, and that’s dangerous because there are squeakers and cloth that could be harmful to my dog. I emailed warranty twice, and have not gotten a response. I submitted a one star product review to their site, which started in a pending state and has since been deleted or hidden. I’m not even particularly concerned about getting a refund, but want this business to stop selling and scamming people.

This company advertises on many sites. We saw it on Instagram and bought off their website. They say the dog toys are indestructible and if destroyed within 30 days, will replace "no questions asked." They do not honor their claim.

Saw an ad on Facebook for this bear that supposedly could withstand any chewer. They said in the ad and on the website that should your dog destroy the bear, they would replace/refund. My dog destroyed the bear within a day. I sent in the required photos. They sent me an email calling my dog a hellhound and would not replace or refund their ****** bear.

Pawzvista advertised on Facebook for a dog toy called, "Indestructabear" that would not be torn apart by any size dog. After 3 dyas, my 30 pound ripped out the stuffing. I emailed the company for a replacement or refund and was denied. They replied, "
Thank you for reaching out. We deeply apologize, but due to the increased demand and ongoing supply chain challenges, we're no longer able to offer replacements as we previously did. Additionally, while our ExtremeBear™ is designed to be extremely durable, it wasn’t built to withstand dogs that have chewed through incredibly tough materials—like concrete. We pride ourselves on its durability, but please understand it’s not indestructible to the point of withstanding mythical creatures, such as hellhounds from Greek mythology.
As noted in our policies, please note that these policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and given the current circumstances, we are no longer able to sustain this business model. We apologize deeply for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
