I paid incremental amounts for an airplane delivery of a cat and it was a complete scam. They keep saying something is delayed then ask for more money. They use legal threats to keep you paying. He says his bank and zelle got closed or something and he required gift cards after a while. He was pretending to be both the shipping company and the breeder. His english is very poor, which should have been a warning sign.
