Saw this ad on Tik Tok (my fault) for a pet hair broom. Purchased it. Once I set it up, it was not functioning. I emailed the company to ask about a refund. I saw on their website that all sales are final. There is no phone number to contact them, so I am reporting this as a scam and would like my money returned.
