Individual Enlargement Grant

I received a friend request on Messenger from someone I am already friends with. They went on to say they had moved and had bought a house with the Individual Enlargement Grant. This is obviously a scam, as I know this person has not moved. I have reported it to Facebook.

A friend IM'ed me late last night with a message that this guy Bobby Tommy from Individual Enlargement gave him a 100k grant and that I need to contact this person as he saw my name on a list of recipients to receive a grant.
Below is the link I was given to contact him.

The information that was requested was of a personal nature, but not to intrusive: bank, credit card and if I have a PayPal but not any numbers (as yet). Is this on the level or is it a scam?

I got messenger from a friend with the information to call the number. The person is so nice and she said she got 100,000 dollars grant for disability. She went on and on. I did call the number. They only asked for my full name and my address which I did disclose and it was all by text and all in caps. Definently a scam.

My aunt, who is a friend with me on Facebook, messaged me. She started with a “wave.” I responded and she said “Have you heard about the grant I got from Individual Enlargement Grants Program”

I then responded by saying “No, I haven’t. That sounds exciting!”

She said “It's special program for those who want support for paying bills, buying a home, starting their own business, or even helping raise their children with the old, retired and disabled, I already got $300,000 delivered to me by FedEx when I applied for the grant and you don't have to pay it back.” I was then beginning to suspect that something fishy was going on and just replied “congratulations” and proceeded to look up if any other similar scams were going on, which there were.

They then messaged me and said “You can apply as well, Attorney Dusty Don was the one who assisted me to get mine and you can message him directly on: agentdustydon01 you just have to message him on here so that you can apply as well” and then sent an additional message saying “You can also text him directly on 8608002238 he replied you fast on that”
