Scammer contacted me through marketplace, Facebook asking to purchase an item. They claim to need to verify me. I believe they had several accounts and were pinging me with many questions related to Items. I was selling. There was a sense of urgency to verify my identity so that they felt safe, they kept on asking for an ID Number that would be sent to me. I ignored it for a while and they became more urgent and I shared a Google verification code. They said that the number was not able to be verified and they needed another number. I stopped communicating and blocked the number. I also confirmed I wrongly gave them a verification code and removed my phone number from the Google account. So far there have been no identity flags
