I ordered 2 dresses from this company. The items were poor quality and did not fit, so I returned them. Their website specifically states that they have easy returns within 14 days of purchase. They never contacted me about how to return the garments, so I paid out of pocket and returned them, requesting a cash refund. They said they could not grant a cash refund because they were customized items, but they could give a gift coupon. I asked for them to send the gift coupon, but then they said they couldn't grant that either because of the customized items. I lost $100 plus the money out of pocket to ship the items back. No refund, no gift coupon, and no dresses.
