I received an email receipt, though it should be noted that in my bank account's record of the charge, it was listed as from "PP*ShineLifesyleShop, Lehi, CA", not even the address listed on the website.
When I received the product, the box of the product itself said it was "air conduction technology" and "open-ear design" which are very much not the same as bone-conduction. They look like popular models of bone conduction headphones but very much are NOT that.
I am currently in the process of emailing back and forth with the 'company' regarding a full refund. Twice now they have offered for me to keep the headset to save on shipping costs, and offered me a 50% refund, and then a 75% refund. I said no to both. I haven't heard back from them yet, but I'm hoping I'll eventually get a full refund.
I didn't know it was a scam until I tried looking up more info after receiving the product, and found the TrustPilot page of many many other customers having the same complaint. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/get-inductivv.com
This site is a scam, and I don't know if there's anything that can be done about it, but I wanted to file this just in case there was. (I have no way of knowing whether the address or phone number on their official website is even a valid one, given the payment processing was in another state entirely.)
