We received a call from a very pushy sales rep who insisted on sending us a few samples from their company. We are a small operating hotel that declined the samples and simply told them that we only purchase locally in our city. (High Point, NC ) We never heard of this company before so we asked for a brochure or catalog with the products description and pricing. Even told them to email us a brochure if a catalog was not available. Instead we were shipped a gallon of a carpet cleaning product and an invoice a week after. We never ordered this product so we never even opened the box . We have attempted many times to contact the company but have not been able to get anything resolved. Under the Federal Trade Commission , if a company receives a product they never ordered, they can simply keep it as a "gift" or do what they want with it. We know our rules and laws. This company has been scamming thousands of companies and I quite frankly do not understand how they have not been shut down or out of business. They are very unethical and unprofessional and needs to be stopped! Their reviews are horrible to say the least.
