This is not the first time this kind of scam has targeted us, but his is the first time I am reporting this. It starts with a phone call. They get an employee's name and send us a product without our explicit consent. When we try to call them to send it back as we did not order it nor can we use the product, they use intimidation tactics to belittle and demean the employees and supervisors in place of providing the information we are requesting. In the end they gave us no way of sending back. We are going to send it to the address on the tub/website and enclose a note saying where it came from and hope for the best. No invoice was included. No official bill received, but they were intent upon billing us.
