My maintenance person ordered 25# Sewer cleaner 9/30/2017 from this company. We paid for the product on 1/2/18, then on 1/19/2018 they again sent me 100# of the sewer cleaner which I did not order. At that time we came to a settlement with a discount for the ordered product. Then, in 8/6/2019 they again sent me 100# of sewer cleaner which I did not order. The order had the maintenance man's name on it that has not worked for me since 2/23/2018. When I phoned them today, they said that the said maintenance man had ordered this product on 3/30/2018, however, he did not work for me at that time. I attempted to call and speak to my account rep twice today and both times he hung up on me. He told me the product was ordered in 2018 and was now being sent. I did not order the product and will not pay for it.

Please be aware -- this company is run by a board and you cannot speak to anyone but the rude representative manager. They will send you product when you have not ordered any.
