Inell Wilson DBA Perfect 10 Body Sculpting, refuses to return funds after I informed her I was no longer interested in attending her training for a few reasons. She became very anger when I asked her to return the funds as she received it. Through Cash App, in the amount of $750.00. I also, stop by the location 732 Eden Way N. Suite# M Greenbrier Chesapeake Va. 23320. I tried to reason with her, but her behavior towards me was very aggressive and disrespectful. Therefore, I filed a Debt Warrant in The Chesapeake Court. I have appeared in court three times and neither time she didn't show up on any of the court dates. On one of the court dates, she called The Sheriff Department stating she would be out of Town on that court dates. While yet being in Town. The Sheriff Department and The Court System have been taken for granted and disrespected as well. I have been in compliance with The act of following the law of handling such matter. Even one of the Judges asked me to have Inell Wilson, served by a process server, costing me an additional $85.00 yet the court did not honor the process I was order to carry out I not sure why? I located another address to have her served and another process server to redo the service of posting The Debt Warrant, before the next court date Oct. 23, 2024. I am asking that an investigation be open to prevent this from happening to other Females, Senior Citizens, or Disable Citizens. I am an Advocate for Senior Citizens, Disable Citizens and Stop The Violence Against Women. I have reasons to believe this business is being used to draw and entrap into Modeling Swimwear for Inell Wilson. Once she saw I wasn't someone she could manipulate with deception she became anger and decided not to return my funds . Since, this happened I have gotten my own Share Office, and invested in my own Body Sculpting Machine to avoid being connected to someone who have no ethic in Consumer Affairs. Many women are going missing now days and I would like to be a solution to this issue and not a part of it deceiving others.. So I am asking for help so the court came bring closure to this matter. Thank you, for any help you can assist with in resolving this issue.
