Type of a scam Government Grant
Consumer keeps getting multiple phone calls from a Matthew Witicher. He said that the government owes her money. He was asking her for you credit union and bank account numbers. He stated she was going to get $450,000, but she had to pay $6,000 of it. Consumer told matthew she didn't have the money to pay, and he said that he would subtract that amount from the total amount of money he would give her. Consumer states she filled out an application for the grant online because a friend of hers messaged the consumer stating she had gotten the money and that it didn't have to e paid back.
