This company is trying to charge for free services offered by the government, specifically $299.89 to file a Business Entity Report and $124.95 for Labor Law posters. They have a disclaimer in small print stating that they are not affiliated with the government and that their offerings are available free of charge, so they may have covered themselves legally. Even if this is technically legal, they are trying to scam small startups that need to put what little money they have into growing the company.
