A man named Gary called my 77-year-old dad claiming to help him with a virus on his computer saying his computer was being hacked. He asked my dad to send him a $500 check in the mail. Then asked for my dad’s password to help him with his computer. My dad fell for it and send the money. Then months later Gary called again asking my dad to send him a gift card in the mail for additional computer fixes.

A few months ago, my wife, Donna, called Amazon about publishing a book and somehow Infini Support LLC interceded and stated they represented Amazon. She allowed them access via a website to our computer and they started working on her book. She paid them for their services, but felt uneasy about this and told them she didn't want their services any more. Later (9/21) they called and said she removed something from our computer and they were upset about this, and they said she needed a firewall because someone had hadked our computer. We wound up buying a firewall (TZ600) which they downloaded from a website, on our computer, and charged us $1000 for this service, stating it included 5 years support and security and services. They had us fill out a check then take a picture of it with our iPHone and text it to them [we have since found, via our credit union, the check was never cashed, even though they led us to believe it went through] On 10/5, they called us again, stating that our IP security had expired, and sold us this security, which we paid per their direction, with a $500 Target Gift Card. THEN they noticed a total of $2300 we paid past computer services which we agreed with them were likely scamming us and said their team could get all of it back for us in one day, for an upfront fee of $500, which we attempted unsuccessfully to send via another Target Gift Card, and they urged us to go ahead and get another gift card, but we refused, since, supposedly that one was still good. The next succeeding 3 days they attempted to call us, but we refused to take their calls and after our calling Target, Target stated this company was a scammer and they opened a case to get the 2 (of 3) gift cards that were not successfully processed, refunded to us... and they would try to track this company down and report them. They urged us to file a police report (which we did- Chattanooga City Police, Complaint # 20-101890), informed our Credit Union, and file a report with the Federal Trade Commission. We also filed a report with Amazon. Attached are the two receipts for services we received from Infini Support Services.

Infini Support LLc which is claimed to based in PO Box 402673, 445 W, 40th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33140 But Actually It is Based in New Delhi India a1/17, Block C 4C, Janakpuri, Delhi, 110058,and the owner name is Ajay singh Malik : +91-8377049309 They Are scamming People By Using Different Brand Name Like Microsoft,AOL,Yahoo,HP,etc,they took alot of money from the people under the name of computer fixation and securities installation.
