I have ordered free trail of DermaLift agedefying cream and DermaLift eye serum. The product said cancel with in 14 days, I have called and cancelled with in 14 days. After a couple of days my credit card was charged with two amounts $88.63 and $88.13. As the merchant name was not very clear I have called the credit card service and asked them what were the charges for they have referred me to

I have called the customer care and I have told them I have cancelled the trail. The agent said they DO NOT HAVE ANY NOTE of the cancellation request and they dropped the call saying "All the information is on the policy, thank you for calling". I have tried calling the customer service back four times and tried to talk to them, I have spoken to the supervisor also all of them were very rude, I was just asking them what is the name of the merchant which will be showing on my credit card, when I called next time, they cancelled the subscription, which seems to be annually but they said they cannot return the money.

The point here is why would not they NOTE a cancellation call and REFUND. Why are they taking 173 dollars for two products?. I found similar experiences from the other users. I also found an add showing that Facebook owner Mark and his wife owns this product. Please find the links and the attachments to this issue. This customer service or product is a scam. They are not recording the return request calls and they are pulling the money from the accounts. This merchants needs to be black listed with all the credit and debit card billing services.

interestingly, this company sells other comsmetic products too. If they are charing 500 customers around 200 dolloars =100000 per week =

4,00,000 dollars for month and 12X4,00,000 =48,00,000 per year :)
