I bought a candle from them july 29th. Still haven’t received it. Emailed them serval times about it. Was told august 21st it would ship out in a week. That never happened, not received item. Them they tried charging me for a subscription to use their site I did not know about. Emailed them multiple times about the product not shipping, received emails back Saying it would ship. Then emailed them multiple times to cancel the subscription I was unaware of. Received an initial response saying the administration would emailing letting me know it’s been canceled. That was two weeks ago. They are still trying to take money from my account and will not email me back now.

There was an ad on the app Tiktok of their candles and a sale. The purchase went through and I got a confirmation email that my order was being processed. I waited 4 days to contact them regarding a tracking number, as it states on their website that items will be shipped out within 1 day. I was asked to wait 8-12 business days for a tracking number. I still never recieved anything so I sent another email requesting a refund and included in the message that it was because I still hadn't received a tracking number. I got a response back 2 days later stating they couldn't refund me because the item had shipped. I again reiterated that it had not shipped or I hadn't received the tracking and at this point I no longer wanted the items, I was again told that they wouldn't refund me because it had "processed" but they were checking with their fufillment team and I still have not gotten an answer on anything. I asked for a refund again, with no response. I got an email stating that I was going to be charged again for an "Infinite Scents Plus" and I contacted them immediately and told them I do not authorize them to charge me again, I got a response stating that it is a "monthly membership" but they would let the team know I'd like to cancel. I received a notice from my credit card company that they were again trying to charge for this membership. I still have not received items I initially purchased on 7/25.
