I booked a vacation rental through booking.com - infinite spot llc was the property management company that stole my money. My only contact to infinite spot was through booking.com and now the contact info is not working and booking.com is not standing by the reservation that they facilitated. The booking was canceled by the property (infinite spot llc) and I was told I would get a refund which I have never received. Both booking.com and infinite spot llc have said there would be a refund but now both companies are unreachable. I have lodged a dispute with my bank and have also reported booking.com for not standing by their own reservations.
