I saw a video on Facebook advertising the Infinity Hoop. They claimed to be the real website, stating there are other fake websites. After reading comments and reviews i decided to order the product. On September 21st 2023 I placed my order, I received an email on September 22nd that my order was fulfilled. They stated on their website and social media that shipping should be 10-14days. I attempted to email the customer service on October 3rd about my order. I received nothing from them. On Oct. 6th I checked the tracking information, it stated it was in transit but stopped giving updates after that. I tried again to contact customer support both email and phone call. I could not get a response from either. I returned to their social media page and noticed many others having the same problem and issue with their orders as well.
