One day delayed dues of a Loan

It's my first and very much worst experience with Infinity Loan App.
My loan was delayed for only a day.
The costumer care service executive workers floss very much vulgarity towards my family members, Thy added a photo of my mom mentioning 100Rs for one night and mine photo mentioning that i raped my own sister and said thy will send that photos to all my contacts which they had traced from my phone. They whats app sending that kinds of photos to my family members.Its was badly kind'a harrassment and mentally tortured, Is that a way to ask for the dues, Am very much embrassed and dissappointed seeing that messages and photos they made meanwhile my mom cried seeing that photos and mentioned on the same,so much abusive costumer calls and services. This app must be bend and complaint under RBI sachet. Please see the below abusive photos thy had made and wats mentioned with it. Am so much worried regarding mentioned words on the photos. Its life killing kind of ways to ask for dues. Please don't ever cross overtake the written terms and conditions plus the company policies, From my view of point, Infinity loan app is completely a scamm kind'a of app that had been authorised and permitted by the govt. of india.

Phone call approving for loan says no upfront fees gets personal info than asks for upfront fees. If not able to provide fees no loan until able to or told to go purchase a$500 google play card. Was cussed at n hung up on 6/7 times

I was trying to apply for a loan when a person named "Sam" contacted me from Infinity Loans I have never gotten a loan before so I was pretty gulliable to do what he asked...he had me purchase a $50 ITunes card to make sure I can make my monthly installment so I did gave him the information on the card well he tried to transfer the money to my card he called back stating he needed an I70 form & I needed to pay 99.99 to bypass the gov so pretty much say I am who I am so I went & purchased a $100 ITunes card in cash gave him to info he then stated my card will be loaded with the loan amount in 2hrs well I have not received the loan amount a little after I got a call from the real Infinity Loans asking how we can finish the process of the loan when I had already given this man $150 worth of ITunes cards

I received a call about a loan I was approved for. The caller had a heavy accent which lead me believe it to be a scam, but I'm not sure. I could really use some help in determining if the call is/was a scam. The approval and terms were too easy to believe ($64.00 a month for 18 months) with my current FICO SCORE it didn't sound real. The caller had all of my banking information which was read back to me. The caller midway through the caller mentioned that this was a recorded call, which I thought was a little strange because that's usually the first thing the consumer is told. The caller then asked my permission to link my bank account to the companies account which in the past I have never been asked such, so it made me very leary so I asked to see loan documents prior to my agreeing to any bank account linking. Caller said he will call me in the morning on 10/27/18 after the Lian docs are emailed to me.
