Salesman was a liar. He sold us a product, a vacation package that doesn’t exist, they sold us time with condition to pay the mandatory taxes and fees every time we make a a reservation and we were agreed on everything he said , but when we try to do reservations all they offer was discounts., which was totally unacceptable because this membership cost a lot of money. To buy discounts. We try to renegotiate this contract and again all they offer was discounts. And this company back up the salesman tactics because they never refute the salesman líes. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way this company do business. We felt we were victims of fraud because they lie to us and they modified the contract adding pages and forged our signatures, and we’ve been threatened that our credit is going to be affected. And expect us to pay the rest of the contract money which is 16800 usd
