I contacted them thru their website. Katherine Peyton stated upon receipt of payment I would receive transfer of ownership and receive call from delivery company confirming delivery. I never received transfer docs, but received an email from Animal Airways stating that due to weather, they needed $995 refundable deposit for use of heated containers

For two puppies. I Zelle the monies and have not received any response. I have called Animal Airways, emailed them and copied Katherine Peyton and have not heard a thing. I can’t believe I lost so much money. I’m 74 on social security and now I have nothing.
