Type of a scam COVID-19
is a scam. I bought the masks in early February and have never received the masks. They kept postpone again and again, finally I asked for the refund. They said they refunded me on their side, but I have never received it.
It is based on Singapore, with a fake US address I found out later. I have contacted my credit card company to invest that. Here are some emails I received:
Due to the recent government and customs restrictions, we sincerely apologize that there was a delay on processing your order.
Just to update you, our stocks finally arrived in our facility and our fulfillment team are ready to start dispatching orders next week. We will process your order accordingly base on the date of purchase. We will send a separate email providing you the tracking number once your order shipped. We appreciate your patience. If there’s any other issue, please let me know.
Best Regards,
Cherry Ann
Here is another email:
"Thank you for the confirmation. With the current pandemic, logistic around the world is affected due to lockdown and restrictions, please advise that delivery of your order might extend. We will strive to ship your order with as little delay as possible on our end. Hope for your understanding and patience on this matter.
Your choice of refund is still an option if you think this will not work for you. We will support whatever decisions you have."
Best Regards,
Cherry Ann

Then I checked my bank statement. Low and behold it was already deducted from my account. The location where payment was sent was Singapore. I got duped.
I’d love to be able to type this in all caps “BUYERS BEWARE”. But no worries for everyone now. The fraudulent website has disappeared. You’ve been spared! Kudos to all of you! I hope these [censored] are brought to justice for taking advantage of people during a crisis. I know that won’t happen. It just feels good to get it off my chest.
