Was first contacted via email about a job I had applied for on Indeed that was for a remote position. Shortly after was instructed to contact another person via email and Skype to set up an interview. Over Skype was told that this was going to be a chat-based interview were the questions felt very copy and pasted. After the "interview" was quickly told that I was hired and that they would be sending out a check to purchase items for a mini home office that would be used for this position. Seemed mostly official until receiving the offer letter where it didn't seem right with not having any face to face contact.
