They tracked my package to another address and told me I would be refunded my money and that they would send out my stuff once they figured out. I've sent numerous emails with nothing in return as well as my money not being refunded.

This company said that my product was delivered to an address in Illinois. When my address in the system is north carolina. I contacted them to say they delivered to the wrong address and no response. Looks like the name has changed to a different company over the last three

weeks..
