The website offers puppies for sale and sends a purchase contract outlining the amount charged for the puppy and transportation for a total of $950. Then on the day they were to ship the puppy the shipping company wants to charge you $1667 for mandatory shipment insurance on the puppy. They will not let you wave liability but insist on the insurance payment before shipping. Butter Cup Minot Pups is a total scam as well as the company they say they use to ship the puppy.
