I paid for a Television Programer Unit, and the unit did not work. As soon as I received it, I connected it as the instructions indicated, and it did not display the listed programs. In fact, nothing was ever programmed. I immediately contacted the email address that was sent to me, attemptingto get a telephone number to their company, but to no success. As I contacted the seller in the first three days the seller did not respond, I repeated my attempts to contact by email; with several times with a mail-daemon: "no adressee available" response, and then a response email was received, that I had exceeded the time frame for a refund. Once I did receive an address to refund the product, it was to an "out of this country address." The address was to the United Kingdom. This would all also cost over $20 to ship, per the mail counter postal worker. I asked this company for a domestic address, since it was a domestic address from which I received the product originally. To this date I have not received a response. All this time exceeded the window which they claim provided for a timely refund, so the company used various different persons to reply, and refuse me a refund of a product that I can not use for $50.00.
