Certified Tree Care is an Arborist/Tree Care Consultant. They do mostly tree trimming and/or removal. I have used them before and found employees to be competent although prices were unusually high for the services rendered. On Friday 10/22/2024 I received an email from this company stating that my Treesurance Membership would autorenew on 11/18/2024 and if I do not opt out my account on file will be charged $99 on that date. I have never had or discussed such a membership with this company but they do have my credit card information from previous encounter. I have attempted to call them but got automated message that they would return my call in the order they received calls. The call has not been returned. I have seen one other comment made on their website indicating the same experience.
