So I ordered shapewear from this online company called ChicCurve. It took quite awhile to receive the shapewear. I even asked, why it was taking so long, is your company in another country? If it is, you really should disclose that somewhere on your website. I said this, because personally, if I see a company is from China, I don't purchase from that company. I've been through the whole purchasing something from China mess and won't do it again. They never answered my question if they were located in another country. I finally received my shapewear. The return address was from Rancho Cucamonga CA. So anyway, this shapewear turned out to run really small. Like at least two sizes smaller. I even ordered it a little bigger than I normally wear to be safe. But it was so tight I couldn't breath. I have a special occasion coming up September 28, 2024. I decided to order two new shapewears, up one size in different colors, being I'm not sure the color of my outfit for the special occasion. So needless to say, I needed to return the shapewear that did not fit. The return policy for this company was to contact them first, so they can give you "options". So after I put my new order in, I contacted them and asked for the return address for the shapewear that didn't fit. I had to email them twice to get a response. The response was "The package has to be sent to China. I suggest you contact your post office and see how much that is going to cost. Refunds usually take 1-2 months. How about 20% off your next order". Their return policy is deceptive. Their return policy states once they receive the package, most returns are processed within 5 days. Please note it may take 5-10 business days for your refund to post. They give the impression you returning your package to somewhere in the United States. And once they receive the package, it will be about 5 days to process it, and 5-10 days to receive the refund on your credit card. So, they make you think, ok, so I'll take my package to the post office tomorrow, and I should have my refund in a couple weeks. So needless to say I was livid that my package was NOT being returned somewhere in the United States, as they make you think according to their return policy. NOWHERE IS CHINA LISTED. NOWHERE!! So I email them again and state their refund policy is deceptive. That they make it seem like they'll get my package in a couple days, it will take 5 days to process and 5-10 days for the refund to show up on your credit card. So I'm thinking, I'll receive my refund in a couple weeks. I told them I am reporting them to the Missouri Attorney General for false, deceptive and misrepresenting how they handle returns. The company emails me back with the address to return the merchandise to China. They they underline "It will take 5 days from the date they receive the package". Meaning, ONCE CHINA RECEIVES THE PACKAGE, then they will process the refund. DECEPTION AND MISREPRESENTATION. I told them, ok, I'll send my package back to China, but I guarantee once China receives it, even if the tracking number shows China has received my package, they won't refund my money or make some excuse as to my they won't refund my money. Guarantee it. They'll make up some excuse like the merchandise was worn or it smells like perfume. FYI, it hasn't been worn and I don't use perfume. But those were reasons they listed for not accepting the return. They are obviously a shady company so I can see them finding some excuse, that isn't true, not to refund my money. And to top things off, I haven't received my second order from them yet. If the new shapewear doesn't fit, then another package, back to China. I haven't been to the post office yet to see how much the postage fee will be to send the package to China. So, I may be emailing you again, stating the cost to send to China, outweighed how much the merchandise was, so I'm out the entire amount of the shapewear.

Order was placed 1/14/24 and was supposed to be delivered within 15 days. I checked the tracking and said it’s still in processing. Emailed them and they said the same. Now I see adds for same items under company name Cubicbee.
