I ordered a stove from Delight Furniture Technically, the issue is not completely resolved since I was told that delivery would occur between 7-10 business days. I started to suspect something is awry when I tried to contact the company by email listed on the invoice and receipt I was emailed after my payment using an American Express card. The email bounced back. I resent the email making sure I had typed it in correctly and it bounced back again. I then Google mapped the address listed in the receipt and invoice. It turned out to be a home in Elmont, New York.\

Upon my suspicion, I contacted American Express and they made notes of my situation and explained that since the order was placed on October 4, 2022 and the 10 business days had not passed for delivery, I would have to wait until October 19, 2022 to dispute the claim. If the stove is not delivered by 10-19-2022 my dispute will be official and money will be charged back to me according to the American Express reperesentative.

After reading the other complaints on this company, I am pretty sure this is a fake company. Seems like there would be a government agency that could investigate fake companies and shut their website down. FRUSTRATING!
