Was supposedly getting a puppy from breeder in Cincinnati. The breeder notified me that her family had been in a car accident last night so she couldn't deliver the puppy but she had arranged for the puppy to be delivered to my address. She messenger that the company would send me a email. I received a email from diamond Global the first email was asking if my contact information was correct I responded that it was. They then sent a very long message with a bunch of definitions with a lot of things like section 12 subparagraph 2 etc. Of national and international aviation commission rules and regulations saying that pets had to have life insurance before crossing over into other cities and states. They were basically asking for 4 hundred dollars but said it would be refunded to me once the puppy was delivered. They wanted me to let them know when I completed the insurance and then they would set up a time for delivery. Again I didn't respond to that email I forwarded it to my sister, my sister who had been messengering the breeder tried to contact her we had already sent the breeder 75 dollars for insurance on the puppy. The breeder had blocked my sister so I would say she was a scam. I was told that Diamond Global was a trucking company that delivered bulk items and they wouldn't deliver a one pound puppy. I did not send them any money but I feel this could be some kind of scammer working with the breeder. I got another email from diamond Global saying the time of delivery was 2 pm I did not respond to that either but I have not received a puppy as of 4:00pm.
