The guy used a fake account on Facebook and said he was running a small business. Two guys showed up and didn’t even bring their own ladder. The equipment they brought in was very sketchy. The one guy wanted to be paid with cash I said no. Then I had to pay him through Venmo. I went up to my attic to see if they did anything at all. One tiny hole was cut in only one duct system and there are 4 of them. I put in a new air filter and not an even 24 hours later it was black. In my opinion I think all they did was blow air in the ducts and made it worse.
