I purchased 4 large shelves from this company and never received anything. I emailed them asking for a refund. They swore they were delivered. Then they offered me a 70% refund. I asked for a full refund. They said they would send but check back in 10 days if nothing came. Nothing came so I just sent another email. I hate scammers.

I saw an advertisement with Lowe’s name on it about purchasing two lawn chairs and receiving two free. I then ordered the two chairs to receive the two free. I believe it was $59 for both. I waited approximately a month and I finally contacted the people and when they did respond, they gave me a shipping number in an order number and the shipping number was the tracking number which I tracked product traveled around China for a while and then it landed in Raleigh North Carolina saying delivered I have received no package and now they are not responding to my text at all.

I order candle/lanterns that heat I order 2 gt 2 free.. ipayed $50 over a month ago .never got anything .they claim they were delivered the same day I sent a message to them.they said either wrong address or neighbors or someone stole the purchase off my porch..no way here 24/7..I ask if they were scaming me..

Be aware! I ordered electric snowblowers. Buy one get one! They took forever to "ship". When I checked their tracking, showed as delivered. Never received it. I received some weird fabric. Now reading these other comments, it makes sense where that came from. Emailed the company and their wanting to give me 50% back of what I paid. Told them no. That is such an insult. Never buying anything from facebook again especially from overseas. They are scammers and expect you to donate their money to them.

I saw a really great deal on lawn chairs and it indicated QVC so I wasn't suspicious and placed an order for them. It was the better part of 2 months before I finally saw my package had arrived. It was an ugly little key ring. I contacted them and was informed I need to pay to ship back the 5 cent key ring overseas and then they will refund my money. I am still fighting to get my money back and I do not intend to spend more money on the scam. Please be careful!
I ordered lawn chairs and received an ugly key ring.

Ordered ceramic Xmas trees.i should have known qvc isn't that cheape.it cost me 54.00 but now I will change my debit.they have lied over an over sending 3 same texts no matter what you say on email.and they useca separate money thing it's 5 dollar charge that they go thru

The amount they made me pay was $49.97. I kept getting text message's from nlacwo.com about the lawn chairs. first they said they were sent and then the order was lost and they were going to give me 25% back then 40% all the way up to 80%. I finally called my credit card company Chase and they are going to give me my money back and file a complaint. this company was on facebook and should be removed from there also.

I ordered Christmas items back in August. Initially their company was called CTS. The items said they were delivered- to an incorrect address. I asked for a refund, they asked to resend the items. I told them ok. Fast forward to October and no merchandise and their tracking to find the items said they arrived in IOWA! Then they blamed me for the wrong address. I have requested a full refund at least 6 times and each time they are bargaining me to lower the price they can send me. I need help.

Same exact thing has happened to me. After months and ridiculous emails back and forth they said they refunded to my credit card. The cc number they supplied me, since still haven’t received any money, only had 14 numbers. The below picture is just a snippet of the ridiculous emails.

This has been a back and forth game to try to recover my money. Ordered a vacuum off of what I thought was HSN in late September. And now I am only being offered half of my money back. This person needs to be caught.

I ordered 2 Rocker chairs for 49.99 which I thought was through qvc. I received a tracking number. It took a month to arrive which it did not . Tried to email but email no longer valid.

I went I thought to a reputable sign through HSN where they had a video of well known Lori Grenier selling a Weekender Bag with Toiletry Case. I ordered it with no problem and received a confirmation. 1 month later I was inquiring as to where my order was and they said it was delivered to my address. I could also track the package but it was through a China based tracking company. I tried contacting them again and there email address is no longer valid.

I ordered a piece of luggage off of an infomercial on Aug 22, 2023. It was supposed to arrive by Sept 5 2023 when it didn’t I contacted them by email. [email protected]. They assured me it was on the way. They sent me a tracking number using 17 Track All in one tracking. It showed it arrived to my house today but it never did. I sent them another email and it came back undeliverable. This is such a scam.
