I was sold a dress in the store that is very different from the one that was selected. This relates to the dispute I had with the retailer over the dress's quality and description. Customer dispute or a contract violation where the sales representative violated the terms of the agreement by removing the "no refund" clause. The store did not behave in a way that was consistent with excellent customer service. Unfairly pressured you into taking a different dress while refusing to refund me. Salespeople harass and intimidate me in response to my evaluation of my experience. Extremely impolite Sales representative Raquel became so hostile toward me that her colleague had to tell her to stop twice. Since I had already received a dress, she called to harass me to removed my review. I had to accept a dress because they wouldn't give your money back.
