I bought a puppy from Alexandro Sossaa in Chicago. When I was going to pick up the puppy, I got an email stating that they had a family emergency. Without consulting me they had fast wave pick u the puppy to be delivered. They emailed me stating that the shipper did not use the correct for delivery. I asked the shipper to pay for it and was told no. I had to pay taxes on the puppy, accommodation fees, vet fees, a tracker. All this was supposed to be refunded. When everything was paid, I was told that the dog was not in good health and they could not deliver the puppy. They called the shipper to come get it. I was told in order to get my refund I had to open an account with Swift bruss fund. I did that and had to pay a deposit for the new account. I did that and was told that in order to get my refund to me, I have to pay $589 for their bank card and if I didn't they are going to freeze the account and I will lose my money. I just want my money back.
