I ordered 2 water filters that came but would not work. I got a hold of the company and they said that there was a chip needed to make them work, whicht was not included to keep the price down they said. They promised to refund my money after i sent the product back (which I did but I had to pay shipping and a restocking charge. Or,  i could keep the product and get only a parcial refund.) They sent out a defective product knowing it would not work and wanted some money for this scam to be perpeturated!
