I purchased a 2025 Pooping Cats Calendar from Flair Gifts on November 24, 2024. I paid a total of $25.36, including shipping. I began inquiring about the shipping and tracking of my order, but by Xmas, I wasn't able to track my item further. Around December 21st, the tracking showed a new date for Origin Of Order, and on January 7th, 2025, I received a different item that I didn't order & don't like. From MULTIPLE emails, I was basically told that I must be lying because THEY showed that I DID order the [WRONG] calendar! I've sent them screenshots of my order, photos of the original calendar ordered, and confirmation of same.

I also sent screenshots of the tracking history...

I want my money back; as I cannot get rid of it, and I'm not paying to ship it back.

The other item I'd ordered from them on the same day, but paid with PayPal went through just fine.
