We found him. If you were dealing with the same scammer please contact me cell: 310-951-0711.
On Wednesday, March 30, 2022 my friend and I went on a website http://www.Gordteacupmaltesepuppies.com. I contacted (239)350-4076. I wanted to buy Ava. He told me it was $900 for the puppy and to transport the puppy it was $100. I asked the person if I should go through their website and the person texted me saying "No we didn't put a payment method on the website for the safety of our customers". They proceeded to tell me "we do accept payment via zelle". I sent them $1000 for the puppy "Ava" and transportation and my friend Zelle $1000 for her puppy . we sent the money through zelle to a contact "Dwight Sims" Email: [email protected]. I gave them my Name, address, nearest airport and an alternative name to have the puppy released to just in case I was not around upon delivery of the puppy. He told me that my friends puppy was going to be shipped the same day as mine so we decided that we would have the puppies be shipped to her address. My friends name is Asefeh Shirafkan and she was also scammed of $1000. On Saturday April 2, 2022, the scammer emailed me a bill of sales (please see attached). Once I received the bill of sale, the scammer said "They were done with the registration for delivery and here is the tracking number" "Tracking Number EPS5662CA" and provided me the website http://www.excelpetschuttle.com/track-shipment/. The tracking and everything was showing from Florida to California. The scammer then went on to tell me "Also, with the recent pandemic of the Covid-19 the shipping agency will require a pet insurance to transport the pup but the money is always refundable since its for a live animal." I again zelled for me and my friend the refundable pet insurance for $2000. I sent the zelle to "Dwight Sims" Email: [email protected]. On Monday, April 4, 2022, the scammer emailed my friend with the Excel Pet Schuttle company saying that we needed to send them over another $1,500 for each puppy for a permit because without the permit the dogs can not be allowed in the state of California and shall be sent to quarantine on a 30-day period. (Please see attachment. I then drew the line there and told the scammer that they should pay for the permit of $1500 since they were saying it was refundable and it was not mentioned from the beginning. Then they proceeded to tell me they only had $500 to pay and not all of the $1500. They then said it was going to be delivered but the puppies were never delivered. They stopped texting me and contacting me. I filed a report to http://www.IC3.gov (please see attached). I also filed a complaint with the FTC (please see attached). In total i was scammed of $3000.00 and my friend $1,000. I filed a claim with my bank which is Bank of America. My claim number is 05APR2022-841220. I went to my local police department to file a police report and they gave me a piece of paper that said "To Report the Following scams to the FBI: Internet, Telephonic, E-mail, Text Messages, Fraudulent Cashier's checks or money orders go to www.IC3.Gov".
