On 8/26/2023, I received another e-mail from Pet Oasis Transportation indicating I needed to pay $1726 for life insurance for the kitten prior to traveling. Pet Oasis stated that their online payment method WAS NOT ACTIVE, so I needed to send payment using Zelle Pay, CASH App or complete a Bank transfer to send payment. I then get another e-mail from Pet Oasis stating the kitten can't fly unless she is vaccinated, so they requested money for vaccinations, or the kitten would need to stay in quarantine for four months. REFUNDABLE VACCINES (MEDICAL BILLS): $1,635.OO NOT PAID (this was stated in their e-mail that I received on 8/27/2023. In the meantime, I was texting back and forth that goes by P S. He stated he is the owner of Docile G-Main [censored]. I explained in very clear terms none of these charges were stated up front and was informed the kitten was current with all vaccines, so I said why are you asking me for all this money. Mr. Scott stated that ALL OF YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO MY HOME. At this point, I was be suspicious. Then I received an e-mail from Pet Oasis Transportation that the kitten could not fly without an AIR-CONDITIONED CRATE and these are the price options I had to chose from and pay a rental fee. Apparently, the rental crate fee was refundable as well.

For two days both Docile G-Main [censored] and Pet Oasis transportaton attempted to get the additional $2712 from me. Both would take case on delivery of the kitten. I asked to confirm that a kitten actually existed since they kept asking me for money but I had no other way to confirm there actually was a kitten. Finally, they sent two separate videos of the kitten, and in addition, I sent the videos to animal control in Washington, DC.
The animal control officer called me after she investigated my concern about the kitten and told me there was NO KITTEN and there was no airport in Washington, DC that had her. I was advised by the officer to file this complaint.
I have had my cell phone carrier block both phone numbers Mr. S was using (443-251-0572 and 269-461-9489) to try and get the remaining $2712 for the crate. This guy tried to play on my emotions and stated, although I purchased the kitten, he would be taking the kitten back to his Docile G-Main [censored] cattery and put her back up for sale. I was mortified since I believed there was a 12-week-old kitten stranded at an airport somewhere in Washington, DC. I told the P S guy that I would DRIVE to the DC area and pick up the kitten myself and he stated, "I was bluffing". Furthermore, this S guy REFUSED to give me the name of the airport where the kitten was supposedly at; I would have driven there from NY to get the kitten. He would have none of it!
I have all texts and e-mails, but this complaint form will only allow one file so I cannot attach all of them.
I requested a full refund of my money for the sale of the kitten, life insurance and vaccines and he REFUSED to give me my money. I lost a total of $3,871.
