This company will sell you a product and fail to communicate to its customers until they contact the company, that they had "accidently oversold" the item you had ordered but wait another month and they're expecting a new shipment. Month rolls around, still nothing. You contact them again, they won't give you a refund, but will give you store credit. You take it because you have no other choice, buy new items labeled in stock with this store credit and then the same thing happens again. You're given the same accidently oversold excuse again. It's a never-ending way of preventing you from getting your money back, while providing you a means to possibly spend more money with each subsequent order because you don't have enough store credit. I'd been speaking with their customer service representative, Catherine, about getting an actual refund when the company shut their website down, along with all means of communication. Basically feels like they stole mine and I'm sure a lot of other people's money and ran.
