Note: The Check has an embedded IQCC which means that the transaction can be tracked at any time so we advise your total discretion in the handling of this document.
Mobile deposit instructions:
1. Print out the check front and back in color.
2. Endorse the check by signing at the BACK of the check.
3. From the Main Menu of the Bank Mobile Banking app, select Mobile Deposit, then select Deposit a Check.
4. Enter the amount of the check.
5. Take a photo of the check using your mobile device.
6. Select your account
7. Review and submit your deposit.
Note: We generally give a time lag of an hour after which we assume that the email receiving this Document is invalid which results in our cancellation of the check... the deposit summary must be submitted before 6:15 pm ET. Failure to do that will result in cancellation.
The screenshot of the deposit summary must be submitted to your employer as proof of deposit.
