Purchase for a golf jacket was made online using a credit card, when the item was received it did not have a packing slip, no tags or information on how to return item. Item was too small and inferior quality. When we went to website to review order & return, it state that item was purchased on July 4, 2024 (correct) but could not be returned because the date to return by was March 3, 2024 & item did not have tags on it and one was on sale. When we sent an email there was no response, when we called the customer service they called back & asked if we had contacted our bank and we were redirected to the website which was a runaround because it gave no information: email they sent us was not a verified email address. We contacted our credit card company to dispute charges.
