A female called posing as our merchant service company, stated there was a warning on our last statement and they had not heard back. I checked my statements from last month (Dec 2024). Ask that I print and send to them to the email provided as the percentages had increased and they would review and call back within a couple days to correct. Received a call on Friday Jan 24th from a person at the number I listed who left v/m. I tried calling back on Monday the 27th, no one answered, it went to V/M. I was not thinking that if they are from my company they would have copies of the statements. Notified my merchant company who verified its a scam!
